Damaged Items delivered and very bad packaging. Even the customer service is pathetic. It has been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the replacement .

Very Bad Experience With Custo. I got a Bad Charm Tag And It was Rusted And Bad Textured. I order for an Replacement And After That They Sended Me The Same Without Solving My issue And Told Me That i is always Like That And It Can’t Be Replaced. So i would Like To Tell You that Never Ever Buy Charm along it.
